Rimsha’s peaceful presence helped me navigate tough memories and embrace deep self love for my past and present selves. My session with Rimsha was awesome.
I was initially hesitant because I didn't know what to expect- I went in blind with no plan or knowledge of what kind of session we were doing. As soon as we hopped on the call I felt comforted and calm and open to whatever I was there to experience. We started by just briefly talking about my current experience and how my life has been since Rimsha and I saw each other last.

From there she was intuitively guided to teach me a shamanic energetic protection practice to care for my sensitive energy for the rest of my life.

We then explored a past life regression, which was the last thing I expected to do when I signed up for the call to be honest! I've done past life regressions before, but this was so much more enjoyable than my previous experiences.
I would say my positive journey was facilitated by Rimsha's loving energy as she really is a portal for healing. For me she is "I'm where I need to be when I need to be."

I came to Rimsha regarding my menstrual issues that have caused me much concern, as I went through sexual trauma as a young adolescent that energetically has been affecting my periods a great deal. She guided me through breathwork & visual meditation, that allowed me to release and cry and love the broken parts of myself.
A beautiful epiphany that I experienced is that others can unconditionally love us while we walk through our pain, after the session I felt like a completely different person she provided me with such a safe container and with so much love and support while she guided me through the work.

I have only had one session with her so far but my period has become much more manageable since this experience.
